Today, Langsenkamp serves as the Chairman of Fifth Gear and in an advisory role for numerous companies and organizations outside of Fifth Gear.

Matthew L. Konkle

President

As the president of Fifth Gear, Matt Konkle is responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of world-wide company operations.

Gerry Bailey

Chief Information Officer

As the Chief Information Officer, Gerry is charged with leading the Product Development Team, ensuring mature, accurate, and cost effective software production for Fifth Gear products.

Steve Coons

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Gear, Steve Coons is responsible for leading all financial affairs of the organization. Coons also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Stark Brothers Fulfillment Services, a Sigma Holdings portfolio company.

Jeff Dahltorp

Vice President, Planning & Assessment

As the Vice President of Planning & Assessment, Jeff Dahltorp has responsibility for developing and implementing the strategic product road map as well as management of strategic partnerships.

Ronnie Johnson

Chief Operations Officer

Ronnie Johnson joined Stark Bro's in June 2008 as COO, responsible for leading the company's call center, fulfillment and warehouse operations.

Steve Warren

Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Vice President of Sales for Sigma Micro, Steve Warren is responsible for overseeing all sales efforts, including customer acquisition, account management and contract negotiations.
