Jack Alexander, CEO
With 22 years of experience at Stark Bro’s Fulfillment Services, Jack oversaw contact center, fulfillment, catalog print buying and logistics services for Stark Bro’s former owner, the $400+ million catalog marketer Foster & Gallagher. In 2001 Jack lead the ownership group in its purchase of Stark Bro’s. In addition to providing two decades of leadership to Stark Bro’s Nurseries and Foster & Gallagher’s nationwide distribution facilities, he has been a board member of the Parcel Shipper’s Association for the past 12 years. Jack was also a member of the U.S. Postal Services Mailer’s Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) for 9 years and served as president of the Perishable Shippers Association for three years.

Jan Alexander, CFO
Jan is in charge of the overall management of payroll, accounts payable, freight management, customer billings, A/R collection, preparation of monthly financial statements and cash management. Jan is a graduate of Maryville University with a BA degree in Accounting. Her background in manufacturing environments on SAP systems helps us to interface our ERP application to other marketing and accounting systems.

Laura Martin, Vice President of Client Services, Acting Vice President of Operations
Laura has been with Stark Bro’s for more than 17 years. She serves as the acting VP of Operations and manages the other departments in that capacity. In the event that the CEO and CFO are out of the office, Laura makes all of the necessary decisions. Laura’s knowledge of the company’s software, operations and staff capabilities are unequalled. She is involved in the development and pursuit of all strategic objectives. She leads the team in development of business processes and insures our clients customers receive "world class" service.
