In addition to managing queue activity, this system provides distinct advantages for call tracking by assigning activity codes to each phone call. Call quantity by type (e.g. catalog requests, new orders, product inquiries, order status inquiries, and item availability queries) and in-depth statistical data are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
