The Controller+™ Commerce Management System (CMS) is a flexible system with robust functionality.  Its capabilities have been proven and improved over two decades of employment in more than 100 fulfillment and call centers worldwide. It provides limitless options to accommodate each client’s preferences in processes like batch picking, pricing, and payment terms handling. For example, batch picking can be organized according to multiple criteria, including Rush Invoices, Order Class and Number of Picks per “singles” or “multiples” batch, to name a sample.

Regardless of the frequency of promotional activities, the system ensures accurate pricing to our clients’ customers. Controller+™ allows multiple price levels per SKU, a function that serves also to expedite processes such as entering new-item pricing into the product database and making periodic price adjustments.

This customer-friendly system enables Stark Bro’s to offer a comprehensive range of payment-processing options. We can process credit card payments manually, in batches or online and offers flexibility to manage easy-pay programs. Controller+™ allows for easy-pay (installment) credit payments to be processed automatically at set intervals. The program’s reliable automation reduces order-entry labor while ensuring accurate payment receipt. 

Stark Bro's makes it a priority to help prevent customer fraud. We prevent fraudulent transactions by relying on user-defined filters that identify and suspend all suspect customer orders for review prior to allocation. This capability results in across-the-board savings to clients through reduced inventory shrinkage and prevention of shipping loss.
